As the current RMR DA/DP, I want to introduce myself and outline some of the procedures I follow to accomplish my job.
     I am Lt. Colonel Norman G. Kholos and have held a number of positions in CAP to include, Sqdn Commander, Group Commander, Wing Director of Cadets, Director of Personnel, Director of Administration, and Director of Logistics. I have been RMR DA/DP for less than a year.

Present Duties:
  Director of Administration:
    Receive and distribute the Region Mail.
    Publish Region Personnel Authorization (PAs).
    Maintain the Suspense Control Log.
  Director of Personnel:
    Receive and log in all promotion and award requests.
    Create a checklist used to validate criteria prior to presenting the action to the
    appropriate board.
    Validate all criteria utilizing the National Headquarters database (CAPWATCH)
